MPT Mobility, the
innovations arm of Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC), expands and develops its
portfolio of services by synthesizing eight operating units under its umbrella. These
brands include Dibz, On-Us Solutions, Inc. (Byahe), Spot On, Easytrip Services
Corporation, MPT DriveHub, Savvice Corporation, NLEX Drive and Dine, and One hub.
As “mobility” is defined as the ability to move freely and easily, MPT Mobility
enables Filipinos to travel more easily through its efficient, effective, and modern
mobility solutions. MPT Mobility is vital in improving Filipinos’ travel experience with
technology-driven products and services. Through its eight operating units— MPT Mobility
is a union of strategic partnerships, plans, and projects that embody innovative
solutions - "INNOVOLUTION.”
Byahe is a privately owned modernized jeepney operator which aligns with the government’s Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP). To date, Byahe operates 30 environment-friendly, Euro-4 compliant jeepneys across seven routes within Metro Manila, Pampanga, and Nueva Ecija.
Dibz is a parking solution app that addresses parking difficulties in the metro and allows a convenient, hassle-free experience for motorists. The app enables drivers to search, pre-book, and pay for their perfect space for a hassle-free parking experience. It also promises convenience and time-efficiency, by reducing time spent on manually looking for a parking space; security, by having your car in a clean, well-lit, and safe parking space; and reliability, by giving real-time information on the parking options. Dibz is currently the valet partner of SM North Edsa, SM Mall of Asia, and SM Aura.
NLEX Drive and Dine is a toll service facility that provides a world-class establishment with a fantastic combination of merchant mix, and excellent customer service. It is a destination toll service facility not only to the motoring public but also to the adjacent expressway communities.
Easytrip Services Corporation, a Metro Pacific Tollway Company is the exclusive electronic toll collection system integrator and provider of North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX), Cavitex C5 Link and Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX).
One Hub is MPT Mobility’s Centralized Customer Response Organization that answers service-related concerns in all the digital channels of MPTC. It provides customer listening tools such as real-time chat on websites, portals and app touchpoints. It supports the MPTC group via accelerating inquiry response and case resolutions, providing centralized receipts, and processing of all customer concerns
Savvice Corporation is a subsidiary of MPT Mobility which has been providing for, over 20 years full- on, end-to-end Operations and Maintenance services such as General Services, Fleet Services, Traffic Auxiliary, Routine maintenance, and Roadway Systems, garnering ISO and DOLE accreditations.
Providing OOH (out of home) advertising opportunities, Spot On Advertising consists of bridge and median billboards that have face-on visibility to motorists, along with strategically located roadside billboards. On top of this, its projects include digital and smart LED signages that are backed with data analytics along the high-visibility thoroughfares of EDSA, C5, and Roxas Boulevard to deliver more effective ad placement results.
MPT
DriveHub is the travel companion app that provides a user-friendly
interface and digital wallet. With MPT DriveHub, Easytrip and CCLEX
motorists can easily tap and track their RFID subscription used for
passages along MPTC Expressways. Real-time reloading is also a tap away
with MPT DriveHub. Other features included are the toll fee calculator,
travel advisories, facilities areas, emergency roadside assistance, and
direct customer service hotline.
