Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Notice provides information on how MPT Mobility Corporation handles your personal data when you visit our office. It also covers your data privacy rights and how you can exercise them. 

We respect your right to be informed, ensuring that this Privacy Notice is presented to you before or promptly after the collection of your personal data.

When you visit our office we collect the following personal data by scanning the QR code and filling out the visitor information form:

  • Name
  • Contact
  • Number
  • Company ( Optional )
  • Person to Visit ( Optional )
  • Date and Time

Purposes for Collecting Personal Data

We collect your personal data for monitoring, safety and security purposes.

Security Measures, Storage and Transmission of Personal Data

We store and transmit personal data securely using organizational, physical, and technical security measures based on widely accepted data privacy and information security standards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data. 

You should be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While security cannot be guaranteed, we strive to constantly enhance our security measures to protect your information.

 

Retention and Disposal

Whatever personal data provided by you or pertaining to you shall only be retained for as long as necessary:

  • For the fulfillment of the declared, specified, and legitimate purpose, or when the processing relevant to the purpose has been terminated;

Generally, your personal data is retained for one (1) week unless otherwise necessary for the specified purposes or legal obligation. When no longer necessary, it shall be disposed of or discarded in a secure manner that would prevent further processing, unauthorized access, or disclosure to any other party.

MPT Mobility Corporation may share your personal data to the proper authorities only for the purposes stated in this privacy notice or as may be required or authorized under the law.

Under the DPA of 2012, you have the right to be informed and be given access or copy to the information we hold about you, as well as have it corrected in case of inaccuracy or errors in our records. You also have the right to object, withdraw or order the blocking, removal, or destruction of your personal data. If your personal data has been used incorrectly, is incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized, and it has caused you harm, you can seek compensation. If you think your personal information has been misused, disclosed without permission, or improperly disposed of, or if your data privacy rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. You also have the right to get a copy of your personal data in the most commonly used format.

 

Updates or Changes to the Privacy Notice

We may update this privacy notice at any time, following amendments to relevant laws or changes in data processing. Previous versions will be available upon request.
